How we handle FAST orders? (Small orders 1-5 items)
Although our system may say 10 working days, we can produce orders and have them ready for shipping in 3-5 working days (+ standard delivery times - Conditions apply).
Order by 2pm (AEST) - the fastest we can do is print and ship it the Next business day.

(+ standard Australia Post delivery times - see conditions below).
1/ The item must be something we hold in stock and the colour should be either black or white. Although we do hold a lot of colours, it's more likely we'll have a lot of black or a white in stock. We generally hold a lot more in ASColour than other brands, particularly the Mens Staple Tee (in popular colours, Navy, Grey Marle, Red, Royal etc).
2/ It's best to place the order and tell us the absolute drop dead date in the order notes. If your timeline is possible, we just do it, otherwise we tell you immediately what is possible or issue a *refund if required.
3/ Let us know if you are happy to substitute for another similar item or a different size or colour, should we not have your exact specs in stock at our warehouse.
4/ Bulk Orders: any order above quantity 5 is considered bulk for the purpose of a rush. The higher the number of shirts you need printed, the higher the chance is we do not have all items in our inventory. This does not mean we cannot still print your order quickly, but you may need to be super flexible with what we do have in stock.
5/ We do not charge for rush orders - All rush orders are at the descrition of our production manager.
*Refunds on bulk (5+) rush orders or impossible deadlines, are subject to payment processing fees where applicable.
How do I place the order?
Fast orders must be placed by uploading or creating your design online and completing the order through the checkout process. In the order notes tell us the final date you need them in your hands.
Production will either get it done, or advise if it is not possible, in which case, we will issue you an immediate refund. We do not charge any extra if you need it fast.
Ensure you place the order as soon as possible, choose Express Post, and use an instant payment method (not Direct Deposit).
Our promise is to get the order out in time for delivery. Once it leaves us, it's up to Australia Post to deliver on time. We cannot be held liable for any delays due to the Australia Post network.
Express Australia Post is no longer next day delivery (typically 2-4 working days), however it is still much faster than Regular Post.
Non urgent orders can be done within 5-7 working days + delivery.
If your order has any kind of deadline, even if we have plenty of time, please tell our staff in the order notes.
Customer Pickup
Pick-up is not an option for rush orders. Please don't request it unless you can allow 10 working days. We do not have customer pick-up as an option online for this reason. It's definitely not quicker - as small orders are still shipped to the showrooms. Why we have a charge for pick-ups. If you are not in a rush and would prefer pickup from a showroom, add a customer note to your order during checkout. Please be aware that we will not refund the shipping charges as pick up fees apply. We will notify you when an order is ready for pickup, however you will still need to make an additional appointment to schedule the pick-up as our showrooms maybe unattedend during business hours from time-to-time. We make no guarentee that someone will be availabe if you just turn up without an appointment.
